C A S E was commissioned to undertake fieldwork for a countrywide baseline study on domestic workers and their training needs. The study included a survey of both domestic workers and their employers, with the aim of studying training needs from the viewpoints of both the domestic workers and their employers. This report provides a demographic overview of domestic workers, their work conditions, current level of skills and their training needs from the perspective of both the employer and the domestic worker.
