Mohamed Motala, Executive Director

Mohamed MotalaMohamed Motala is a policy and research professional dedicated to social and economic justice. He has extensive experience in public policy formulation, management, monitoring and evaluation supported by strong research and writing skills. Having worked at a senior level in both the Public and Development sector Mohamed has developed strong conceptual, management and planning skills. He has organisational and working experience ranging from community development to management of national programmes, trade unions, government. 

Sadia Sukhadia, Finance Manager

Sadia joined C A S E in October 2008. She holds a B Com degree in Management Accounting. Her key responsibilities include overseeing the Finance Department, ensuring that the financial integrity of CASE is maintained and that all stakeholders impacted by the Finance Department are satisfied.  Prior to joining CASE Sadia worked as a Financial Accountant for eBucks. She also worked for the Life Healthcare Group for a period of nine years, starting her career with the group at the Brenthurst Clinic. She worked at various hospitals within the group and ended her career with the company at the Life Healthcare head office. Sadia has also worked for Standard Bank and for M.A. Kolia & Sons, an accounting firm based in Johannesburg. Sadia has acquired more than 15 years of experience working in the financial accounting field.

Ntombifuthi Kunene : Office Administrator

Ntombi completed a certificate in Human Resource Management at UNISA in 2010. She is currently finalising her BA degree in Communication Sciences through UNISA. She joined CASE as a Receptionist and worked as a Fieldwork Administrator, she is currently working as an Office Administrator/Human Resource Administrator. Her responsibilities includes overall human resource function and organisational administration.


Lerato Monaketsi : Reception & Logistics Administrator

Lerato holds a Secretarial / Office Administration & Call Centre certificate. She is currently studying an Office Administration Diploma through Damelin.  She previously worked as a call centre consultant for VODACOM, and for Inter-Active Technologies. Thereafter, Lerato worked part-time doing data capture for FNB. In order to expand and develop her career and skillset, she joined C A S E in July 2010 as  a Receptionist and Logistics Administrator. Her key responsibilities are to handle the office front desk, provide efficient & professional telephone service, and provide accurate logistics support.


Alina Nakedi, Cleaner

Alina Nakedi, Cleaner

 Alina joined C A S E in 2001. Alina is responsible for ensuring that the office is always clean and presentable. 




 Lucky Nxumalo, Assistant handyman/ Gardner

Lucky Nxumalo, Assistant handyman/ GardnerLucky is responsible for making sure that the main garden, outside yard, driveway are tidy and he also assists with manpower when needed.
