Mohamed Motala, Executive Director Mohamed Motala is a policy and research professional dedicated to social and economic justice. He has extensive experience in public policy formulation, management, monitoring and evaluation supported by strong research and writing skills. Having worked at a senior level in both the Public and Development sector Mohamed has developed strong conceptual, management and planning skills. He has organisational and working experience ranging from community development to management of national programmes, trade unions, government. Sadia Sukhadia, Finance Officer Sadia joined C A S E in October 2008. Her key responsibilities include oversight of Finance Department, ensuring that the financial integrity of C A S E is maintained, and that all stakeholders impacted by the Finance Department are satisfied. She is currently studying towards a BCom Degree in Management Accounting and is approaching the final year of her studies. Prior to joining C A S E Sadia worked for the Life Healthcare Group for a period of nine years, starting her career with the group at the Brenthurst Clinic. She worked at various hospitals within the group and ended her career with the company at the Life Healthcare head office. Sadia has also worked for Standard Bank and for M.A. Kolia & Sons, an accounting firm based in Johannesburg. Sadia has acquired over 15 years of experience working in the financial field. Ntombifuthi Kunene : Office Administrator Ntombi was born and raised in Soweto where she completed her matric at Letare Senior Secondary School. She then trained at the Neighbourhood Advice Resource Centre where she qualified with a Certificate of Competence in Computer studies. Ntombi joined C A S E in 1996 as an administrative assistant, was appointed permanently to the post of receptionist. In 2000 she was appointed to the post of Fieldwork Administrator and in October 2008 she was appointed as the Office Administrator. She obtained a certificate in Human Resource Management and she is studying BA degree in Communication Science through UNISA. Lerato Monaketsi : Receptionist / Logistic Administrator Lerato was born and raised in Soweto where she completed her matric at Thabo Senior Secondary School in 2001. She completed computer course in 2002. Lerato worked as a Flexi Sales Lady till 2004. She worked for VODACOM call centre in 2005 and obtained call centre certificate in 2006. She then worked part time for FNB Operation where she was doing data capturing. In 2007 she did a Secretarial/ Office Administration course with Hava Tech College to pursue her career. In 2008 she worked permanently for Inter – Active Technologies as a call centre consultant where she has grown and developed her career and skills. She joined CASE in July 2010 as Receptionist / Logistic Administrator. Alina Nakedi, Cleaner 
Alina joined C A S E in 2001. Alina is responsible for ensuring that the office is always clean and presentable. Lucky Nxumalo, Assistant handyman/ Gardner Lucky is responsible for making sure that the main garden, outside yard, driveway are tidy and he also assists with manpower when needed.
